  • What Yoga Means to Sally: My yoga journey began during a challenging time in my life and has been transformative.  When I experienced the power of my simple yoga practice, I wanted to share this with others and so studied to become a yoga teacher.  Yoga has led me to a clearer understanding of our potential  and the importance of living into that and being a force for good in the world. I'm trying!
