Class Descriptions ~ All Levels Welcome

Yang to Yin Yoga

This class will Invite us to become Active in our body with a Dynamic flow of Sun Salutations and Ujjayi breath to Reignite our Internal fire. Along the way, we Pause to Reflect in Yin poses, holding for Longer periods of Time so the body can find Deeper release beyond Muscular tension, finding Calm. These two approaches Invite Balance in our Physical and Energetic bodies. Class ends with a longer Savasana to Still the Mind and Rejuvenate our Body and our Hearts.

Mixed Level Rocket

This class blends Ashtanga and Vinyasa yoga Styles in a Playful sequence of Postures. Rocket provides a Full Body practice that allows Students to build Strength, Flexibility and Stamina. 

Students will have the Opportunity to practice Creative variations of Traditional poses, Inversions and more Advanced poses if desired. This practice also Highlights the importance of Breath, Energy locks and Gaze point. Modifications will be Suggested throughout, 

Pilates Fusion

Pilates Fusion is a Fun and Challenging Mix of the 34 Traditional Joseph Pilates Exercises Blended with Lower Body Strength and Balance training. This Amazing Combo will Strengthen your Core, Increase Range of Motion, Create Long and Lean Muscles while Burning Calories too.

Yoga for Peace

Yoga for Peace is Designed to help Calm the Nervous System. Class will Focus on Breathwork, Relaxation and finding Peace within. Standing and Seated asanas will be Practiced with a Deep Awareness on Softening the Body, Breathing and finding the Middle in our Practice and in Life.

NOTE: This Class is Trauma Sensitive but Appropriate for Anyone. 

Grounding & Growth

This class will include a Mindful blend of Breath work, Steady holds, and Intentional movement that will Ground our mind and body.

We’ll gently Explore postures that invite Expansion, Opening pathways for Personal growth and Transformation. Expect a Practice that is both Calming and Empowering, with moments of Stillness, Gentle flow, and Guided reflection. Leave feeling Centered, Supported, and Inspired to Grow from the Ground up. 

Cozy Flow & Restore

Needing to unwind and destress the body, mind and spirit? Enjoy moving through a slower Vinyasa flow to build heat, strength and flexibility in the body. 

The studio will be intentionally heated more than a regualr class to create a warm and cozy feeling. Class will cool down with seated postures to help calm the mind and release any extra tension lying deeper in the body. 

Leave feeling a deep sense of peace and calm. All levels welcome.

Gentle Yoga for All

Gentle Yoga for All is a great place to start if you are a Beginner. This Class will focus on Foundational postures and Slow gentle flows. Students will Practice mostly Seated asanas with a focus on Breath work and Body Awareness. Standing poses will also be Incorporated to build Stability and Balance. Hip openers and Lateral stretches will Promote a sense of Alignment in our Body and Mind as well.

Vinyasa Flow

Vinyasa means to place with intention as you flow with the breath. This Class will build strength and stamina as you flow seamlessly through Sun Salutations fused with traditional asanas as you Prepare the Mind & Body for a Peak Pose. 

Class will challenge your Balance, Core Strength and of course your Flexibility.
